The starters exceed our expectations and made a big first impression. Asian spiced gravdlax was a big hit and the rillette of duck and pineapple chutney with the truffled brioche was inspired. But the best was yet to come.

The seared fillet of Irish Beef was as good as any I've had in Ireland and the sauted lambs livers were simply pink heaven. A well priced French house wine gave Trax 10/10.

Combined dining in style and cooking with attitude.
